Unless stated otherwise your holiday reservation is for either 7 or 14 nights. The apartment is reserved for you from 2.00pm on your day of arrival. Should your arrival into Dalaman Airport be late at night, or in the early hours of the morning, this means that the apartment will have been reserved for you from the previous day and this constitutes the first night of your stay at the apartment.

Check-out will normally be at 12.00pm. In some circumstances (depending on the arrival of new guests) this can be extended so that you can leave the apartment and be transferred straight to Dalaman Airport for your return flight. Details will be confirmed nearer the time.

Prices are based on the apartment per week, for 6 persons. For each additional adult please add £60 per week and for each additional child add £30 per week. The apartment can sleep a maximum of 8 persons including children and infants. On making a "reservation request" for the apartment, we shall confirm if the apartment is available for your chosen weeks. You will then have to pay your 25% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance due must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure date. We reserve the right to accept other bookings if your balance due is not paid 8 weeks prior to your departure, therefore losing your deposit. A £200 security deposit is required upon arrival in Turkey. A credit card imprint or cash. This deposit will be refunded upon your departure to the UK as long as no damage to the property or its contents occur. This security deposit will be non-refundable in the event of any damage. Payments can be made via cheque, or bank transfer. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.

No liability can be accepted by the Owner where the contract is affected by ‘force majeure.’ In the context of these terms and conditions, ‘force majeure’ is any event that the Owner or the property management company could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil unrest or strife, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activity, nuclear disaster, adverse weather, government action technical problems with transportation or other events outside the owners or the property management companies control. The Owners or Owners agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.

The general cleaning (including linen / towels) of the apartment will take place twice a week. Guests must not remove towels from the apartment, please ensure that you bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Please remember at all times to respect other guests staying at the Oleander Complex, and ensure that noise is kept to acceptable levels at all times. We reserve the right to terminate your stay at the apartment in the event of any disruptive behaviour. No security deposit shall be refunded in this event. Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment. In this event no security deposit shall be refunded. Please note that the communal swimming pool is closed between November and March. You are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised at all times when using the swimming pool and balconies. We cannot accept any liability for any loss / damage / injury however caused. Please ensure that all members of your party have comprehensive personal travel insurance for the duration of your holiday. Please note that an entry visa must be obtained at Dalaman Airport prior to passport control. The visa is priced at £10.00 per person (subject to change) and is payable in sterling only (only sterling notes accepted). Visas must be obtained by every passenger entering Turkey including infants and children (your passport will be stamped with an entry and an exit visa, no documentation needs to be completed).

If we have arranged airport transfers on your behalf, your driver shall be waiting in the arrivals hall at Dalaman Airport and will be holding a board Nicholas Group International (NGI Holidays) please tell the representative your name and Oleander B2. Airport transfers are not included in the price of the apartment rental .Exclusive and PRIVATE Return airport transfers are charged at minimum of £60.00 for up to 4 people (ie £15.00 per person return) or £15.00 per person return for 6 or more passengers. These charges are payable locally. (prices may be subject to change at any time)
